My power windows on my 99 expedition all stopped working at the same time. I'm getting power going to the switch but nothing on the other wires even when hitting the buttons btw the I backprobed the connector while connected. What could it be?? faulty master switch.... gem module? what should I look for? PLease help it,s snowing and my driver side window is stuck open!

i have the same problem with my 04 expe. but they only work when they want to. were you able to figure out the solution? im probably on the road to your situation and would possibly like this solved before im at that point. can you tell me your symptoms prior to having everything out prior. thanks man i appreciate it.

 

Ford has a problem with their master window switches. If it is intermittent, more than likely it is the switch. If you can find another one to swap out for a test, you can find out for sure.
