2002 f250 5.4 won't start no power at fuel pump or inertia switch fuse good.if i back feed at pump connector I get power to inertia switch,HELP

 

The PCM power relay is located in the central junction box (CJB) and controls the ground to the fuel pump relay also in the CJB. You should have power to the inertia switch when you first turn the key on for 2 seconds, are you getting that? You might want to confirm power to the 30 amp fuse that supplies the ign switch. When you crank the engine do you have power TO the inertia switch when cranking?
