Default Help needed to identify the broblem

Hi there!

My 2016 F-150 3.5L Eco boost Platinum has been making this noise every time it has a cold start. Now, the noise will also occur when the engine doesn’t turn over (when pressing the push start button without the foot on the break). After the noise occurs once, it will not do it again unless we leave the truck to cool right down (overnight, for example). The colder it is, the louder and longer the noise stays before disappearing completely. Already changed the starter and did not fix the issue. Anyone has heard this before and knows what part is faulty? Your help is much appreciated!
