how do i pull the factory cd player out of my 2000 ranger so i can put it on ebay and put an after market one in thanks.

 

remove the two screws from the black piece it mounts to(they are just above the heater controls) and gently pull the entire black plastic piece off. After removing the entire piece, with the radio, the radio comes right out by pressing the little spring clips in. The black piece I am referring to is the entire piece with the heater vents, lighter, ect....

 

i dont think it will work. it only works with a certain code your vehicle sends to your radio that alows it to work (flashing theft light in the dash)
