Based on the numbers, and not seeing a picture, I would guess that it is a Ford F1 pick-up you're referenceing. If so, these were built from 1948-1952. Serial numbers indicate the truck model, engine, year, assembly plant, and unit number. F-series trucks were built at sixteen different Ford plants.
