just bought a 2001 crown vic sheriff car...P71 in the vin....i am have a problem finding the right intake for it ,...the one on it has a big c-clamp holding the thermostat bolt hole on the alternator side ..it looks all plastic ,is there a different intake to put on from other crowns ...or is this a year specific intake...can a 1996 4.6 intake work that has a aluminum cross-over instead of plastic?....any help .
