Default low battery voltage reading

Ok here is my issue.....94 ranger with 160K...battery cable got corroded and it wouldn't start. Cleaned cable but it wouldn't even turn over. Took out starter and replaced which got my truck started but the battery level read like it was on less than a tank of gas....drove around a few days with no problem but then it just died....had battery tested and it passed so that wasn't the issue....had alternator tested and it passed one place but failed the next place, so replaced the alternator and the serpentine belt as well....but the battery gauge is still nearly on empty even though the truck starts up and I even can drive it around close to home. The lights work, radio but the A/C blows out only at half power that it would previously, which is where I think I have my issue.
So the battery is good....alternator new....new starter....anyone give me any ideas of what the problem can be as I have run out of ideas?

TRY TESTING IT YOURSELF W/ A MULTIMETER MAYBE THEY TESTED WRONG, OR BENEFITTED BY SAYING IT'S GOOD SO THEY WON'T HAVE TO WARRANTEE THE BATT, OR ALTERNATOR, MAYBE GUAGE IS BAD.
