Motor Flush?

Motor Flush?
I own a 99' Eddie Bauer Expedition 70,000miles. I mostly drive it on the weekends. I get regular oil changes every 3,000 miles. However, my local Oil Change place makes recommendations based on my vehicle and recommends a Motor Flush. Anyone know if Motor Flushes necessary and helpful to the life extension of my vehicle?
