Lightbulb mustang 4.6L valve question

I have a 2004 mustang gt with a 4.6L 2v v8. I know the cobra has a 3valve heads on it.
My question...if I change the heads to 3 valve, is there any other things I will need to do internaly or will it work ok?

Cobra has 4V heads.

You cannot change to 3V head as the intake is different along with the VCT solenoid being on the other side of the engine with a different plug and operates under different perameters. Not to mention the computer being different.
