Need help with 87 mustang GT
Ok I've had this problem since I bought the car. My dad and I are trying to put the stock engine back together because the guy we bought it from had an F150 manifold in it. Yes I know that's crazy but anyways we've gotten everything on right but there's one problem. It runs and everything but it makes like a choking sound. We know the problem. I need help with where to put the vacuum lines. Can anyone help? I'm located in Killeen Texas just if you wanted to know. xD I'm also only 15.........this mustang is for me to drive when I'm 16. Don't have much time to restore it.

That is a picture of the car when we bought it and had towed it home. The thing sticking out of the hood is the F150 manifold. I don't have a pic of it as it is now. I'll try to get one soon.
Also what's the max amount of hp I can expect to get out of the 302 block?

That picture should help. Good luck w/ your project, I'm kind of doing the same thing right now. I'm taking all the components off of the spent motor to put them on the newer one, so I have to remember how all those annoying little lines hook up too.
