Default New here with a 96 Ranger wiper problem

Hi guys,
New member here. I hope I am not starting something like an "oil thread/which oil to use" but I have searched previous threads and am still confused.
I have a 96 Ranger Ex Cab. Wipers/washer worked fine yesterday AM on the way to work. This morning I get in the truck and no wiper function. Tried the wash function and still nadda. (no sound, clicking or anything) Figured it was the fuse and I would swap it when I got home. Fuses check out fine in the main panel on the side of the dash panel. Are there hidden fuses I don't know about, or is it time to replace that $%^@#$ switch in the steering column? Any help would be appreciated.
