Default No Communacation Snap-on scanner Probe

Hi, I'm working on a 93 probe,it has control of the lock-up switch in park,ie:O/D on-off but in gear or driving it flashes, My mt-2500 snap-on scanner won't comm., and show's no codes I'm looking for a schematic as this may have a wire problem or bad solenoid,it also has an harsh up shift problem.
Any help here would be most appreciative

your fuse might be blown,on my ranger the connector runs on the same fuse as the cig lighter,if the fuses are good you will want to check the pins one of them should show 12v with key on,if not you might have a bad ground to computer, electrical is a pain
