Pinto front rotor swap

Default Pinto front rotor swap
I am considering purchasing a Ford Pinto front suspension & steering for my 1949 Ford truck restoration. What OEM Ford 5 lug rotors can be used to swap out the 4 lug OEM rotors? Also, I will need to go with heavier springs to support the 302 that I am dropping in. What OEM springs will swap out for the stock Pinto springs?
