I've had nothing but issues with my 2001 Ford E150 4.2, trying to get it to pass emissions, i've cleaned egr passageways, replaced cam sensor, replaced plenum gasket, now I can't get systems ready! i've disconnected battery to reset codes and no issue getting egr to be ready except for this last time, drove it quite a bit on highway and streets! catalyst and evap i havent been able to get ready at all, I drive it quite a bit for work, any ides on what might need to be done! registration expired last night and need to pass emissions before i can renew! I can have one systen not ready and still pass!

 

How many miles have you driven since the last reset? It normally takes about 110+ miles before all systems are in a READY state nd become active.
