Default Please Help! F-250 to Fusion Antenna Adaptor mess!

Hello everyone, I always hate when first posts are for troubleshooting, but I need some help ASAP, if you guys can....

I have a 2006 F-250 Superduty that had a regular CD player, and on ebay I ordered a 6-disc changer that was out of a 2007 Ford Fusion. My antenna is not compatible with the new radio (which I am sure is a common problem when changing stereos), but in my case I cannot find the appropriate adaptor anywhere. I've spent hours and hours. I am not knowledgeable in all the names for the adaptors (40-fd20, 40fd10, etc.).

I know I require what I think is a female end to to plug into the new radio (or at least I think it is a female, it kind of looks like a bit of both if that makes sense?) and on the other side is definitely a male end.

I can add photos is that will help... any help is greatly appreciated!
