Default Ranger tire bow

I recently purchased a low mileage 2002 Ford Ranger.
I notice frequently when I see other Rangers on the road quite a few of them have the front tires that are bowed out at the bottom like something is really wrong with their front suspension. Anyone know what the story is here ? Is my Ranger going to get the mid-life sag as well ?

Thanks

Default Ranger front tire bow.

Come on folks. Someone out there knows the answer.
It's not that unusal to see Rangers driving around with this front end issue. So what is it? Frame sag, bad/worn control arm bushings, other ?

2 or 4 wheel drive? It is possible that the torsion bars are not adjusted correctly. If the adjusting bolts on the torsion bars have been moved, they can back off amd cause the problem.
