The keyless remote entry dock and unlock feature - factory setting is lock, no beep, lock again, confirmation beep. Unlock - no beeps - Suddenly, it now beeps once when locked and twice when unlocked - any ideas how to get back to the standard of no beeps? Tried reprogramming remotes, nothing.....?????

 

Have you changed the battery or had a dip in voltage on the system? If I remember right, that is a programable feature of the vehicle. Problem is, you would have to take it to the dealership to have them program back to the no beep.

 

Thank you, it does help, didn't want to go to the dealership, but will. Funny thing about it, no change of battery or dip in voltage. Did this once before, but in about a weeks time, when back to no beeps.... Will definately have the dealer tell me how to program for when it happens again.

 

Just curious if you had any info from the stealer on that remote entry problem. Thanks

 

no - I haven't had the time to take it to the dealer, if they give me the programming info, I will be sure to post it for all....
