soleniod buzzing

new soleniod new starter all grounds are good also new alternator, battery is fully charged and it is still buzzing any ideas i am a novice mechanic and am weak in electrical issues help please

thnaks for all the help, not it was the positive cable pulled right out of the battery terminal clamp, looked like it melted internally
