The idea is to determine where the clicking sound is coming from. It could be a circuit breaker, relay, starter relay, starter, we have no idea at this time.
Once we know where it is coming from , we go from there.
Could there be a problem with the system that controls that rear window, we don't know.
What if you removed the ladder and attempted to close the rear window , what do you get ?

Depending on how much charge is left in the battery, everything might revert back to normal, we don't even know that.
There are many unanswered questions here and attempting to diagnose over the net ,,,,,,,,,well,,,,,,,not the best.
Can you try the suggestion offered and get back to us?
