I recently purchased a '88 bronco, 2wd, v6, 4 speed..for whatever reason someone has used a 4 speed and transfer case from a 4wd I assume bronce in this truck. I was told it needed a clutch when I bought it but that's not the case as it was out of fluid and now is fine. it acts as if the transfer case is in neutral but I cannot find any place where the linkage attached to it..any help would be appreciated...been a mechnic most my life but never on 4wd
