Tsb. 18-2354
Someone please advise me what to do about this TSB. My dealer told me it’s normal for this 5.0L motor to have this rattle noise.
I have read this TSB but when I get on line I see many people have had this procedure done and they still have the rattle noise.
Thinking I should have this TSB procedure done so im on record for this problem in the future.
Any Opinions? Thanks

It'st a firmware flash of the PCM. If you are having the problem as described in the TSB, have it done. If you do not have the problem as described, I would not have it flashed.Firmware flashes deal with a specific problem. Sometimes with firmware flashes, new problems pop up.
