Default Vehicle Health Report

I have a 2011 Edge with the MyFord touch system. One of the features is the "vehicle health report". I did the vehicle health report and it seamed to make a phone call. I never got a report. A couple of weeks later, I get prompted to do the report again.

What is the vehicle health report? Is it spyware? How can we access it?

No sir. I am presently getting killed w/My touch recalibrations. The VHR should report back to you; There are so very, very many bugs in this system that Ford had a new update out every week (that is NOT an exaggeration at all). I've reprogramed the system on a Monday and by Wednesday, there are new updates for it. If your recall (if applicable) was done, I believe that Ford is still paying for multiple updates on this system. Of course, this changes at all dealers, but ours will do a reflash on just about all of them. Also, beware that sometimes, these systems will freeze up (it's really fun when that happens during a reflash) and sometimes you have to reset them by disconnecting the battery cables for at least 15 minuets. Sometimes, they will just die and you need a new APIM (the module responsible for all this). Currently, trying to order a new APIM from Ford is like trying to get a law through Congress. It might get better. Also, one last thing. If your phone is not one of the Ford approved ones, this system really, really doesn't like it. Let me know. I'm just a mechanic.

By the way, if you touch phone, then settings, That's where all this is. It usually takes a few seconds, so be patient.

In order to access your VHR, you need to first register on syncmyride.com . You will then need to tell it the mobile phone you will be using with your VHR. Essentially, your car will use the paired blue tooth to make a call with the VHR, and syncmyride needs to know what number it is getting the report from. Once you have everything set up, you can run the VHR any time and it is available to view on syncmyride.com. While there, you can set up how you want to be notified that your VHR is ready to view (by text message or email). It may take a couple of days after registering your phone number with syncmyride before the report goes through correctly.

no its not a spam application, but to use your VHR you got first register on syncmyride.com and then within few minutes you will receive your report but few bugs are there in the system which has not been corrected.

Run Vehicle Health Report?"
Anyone else get his message on your nav screen? I seem to get it daily, sometimes I hit yes and sometimes I hit no, with the same result, nothing.
