Default Wrench size to work on power steering 95 MarkVIII

What wrenches will I need to change my low pressure power steering line the one that comes out of the bottom of the pump on my 95 Mark VIII. I think the one off of the pump is a crows foot 11/16, and maybe a 18 mm on the back side by the oil filter. What about the size for the 90degree bend part? Also, the part that screws onto the rack what size is that? I am having a lot of problems turning the bolts without wrenching the line around. Anyone familiar whith doing this. It is probably the same for most of the v8 tbird crown vic and some of the other vehicles. How do I do this and what wrench size?
