What combos have any of you ran with Borla exhaust.... Ive got BBK equal lengths now with the 2 1/2 chamber Borla side exhaust...... Was thinking about switching to a Bassani or Flowmaster Muffler though in replace.. I need more growl in that beast lol Please list all opinions.. I want to keep the side exit setup, but I need a muffler with in/out on same side like borla....

 

Try Cherry Bombs, they will give you some growl. Or you could just get straight pipes

 

Magnaflow. I have done extensive testing on a dyno with a 408 inch engine that was in the mid 650 hp range. The magnaflows were the best performing, while having a great deep tone, but not the flowmaster beat your head drone. There was 28hp difference between the Magnaflows and the power robbing flowmasters. Even a smaller dia. super turbo mufflers matched the flowmasters for hp and out torqued them. But the Magnaflows were by far the best, 656hp, 594ft. lbs. of torque. Flowmasters were only at 628hp, and 577 ft. lbs. of torque.

 

How does Borla sound?? I have a 2004 f-250 and im looking for exhausts. I need suggestions on what kind sounds best and performs best. I have wanted Borla but I also wanted Flowmaster. I heard Magnaflow does good on these trucks also. If possible could I get an opinion?
