Muffler Clean Out

Has anyone ever cut their muffler out and clean it out then put it back on to make it louder?

No. Why would you bother putting it back on? You could just skip it and go with a straight section.

Because I need it pass inspection and by cleanin it out it sounds as loud as none but will pass

Why would you hassle placing it returning on. . I mean You could just miss it and go with a directly area. . . . . ..
