last night i was straightenib\ng out my shed where i have my engine parts. boy do i have a lot of offenhauser intakes,but the most unusal one was a 6x2 log manifold,i remember buying this back in the 60's for a y-block i was building for my 56 ford.in the end i built my own tunnel ram with 2x4's,that car was hell on wheels.alot of chevys never saw the front of the car just the rear.just merories from long ago.god i miss that car.


i've used offy intakes on every ford and other makes for a long time,i will only use offy intakes,they really work.used a port-o-sonic on my 396 FORD on the short tracks right out of the box the chevy boys did not know what hit them,396 ford is a 427 with a 352 crank.short stroke big bore =rpm.the biggest problem i had was keeping the fan belt on.
