Thank you so much. I believe I have a broke wire somewhere, 3 fuses in the fuse panel without power. But I will keep you updated and I passed the diagrams to my father in law to study.

Look above you can see Battery Junction box (BJB), the fuse 28 you asked for earlier you can see F1.28
For Central Junction Box (CJB) you would see F2.xx
So check and see if there is a wiring issue at BJB only or both.
If something is working when key is in ON position but it doesn't when engine is running, check all the high amp fusible links too, usually found between the alternator and the junction box.

Heiko, thank you so much for the wiring diagrams. Figured I would give an update. Passenger door had a skint wire causing it to lock doors and set off lock actuators like crazy. AC is fixed, had a major mouse nest in the ac coil box and it was on the high speed fan resistor shorting it out, got the nest out and coil cleaned. Now have ice cold ac. Going to start tracking back window issue tomorrow. And the radio apparently blew internally, so got a single din mounting kit and plug adapters coming, already have a radio available. Then I have the cruise control and drivers window regulator. Thank you for all your help.
