Default 1965 F250 Power Steering help needed

Recently picked this truck up in pretty good shape. First thing I need to do is convert to power steering. I'm pretty much a novice with this but am comfortable with a wrench. Looking for some insight in how to go about it. I think I can pull a set up from an early 70's pickup but that's about it. Pictures would be great if anyone's done it before.

Thanks.

Default Ever figure this out?

I just picked up an F250 4x4 and want to do the same. Did you ever figure out a good solution?

in both cases respectfully all that needs to done is change out steering boxes and add the pump and lines. what you're end up with is the steering wheel will be closer to you unless have it cut and shortened or can come up with a steering column for your truck

My google search effort has found some posts for F100 trucks. They say to use early 70's models. Would you know if this would be the same for the F250?
