Default 1988 460 problem , looking for help

I have a 1988 F250 with a 460 engine and I believe fuel injected, Not sure whats there I am used to taking off air cleaner and able to look down throat , not here, anyway I digress. Took in for emission test tech says he saw a little smoke so wouldn't run emissions test. So took to a quick lube and inspection shop told tech the situation. He ran emissions with out charge, and it came out clean, oo on the co andno smoke, all was fine except it was done as test and not officially hooked up to state system. Since it looked good to go hooked it up again this time for $30.00 for a official run, now started smoking and came up 432 parts per million and failed. Also when cold runs just great for about 15 to 20 minutes but when comes up to temp it begins to jerk and has almost zero power have to kick it into passing gear to get up small hill. One guy thinks its a power valve( what ever that is). Any ideas as to what this might be and is it in fact fuel related. Smoke is a bluish white more on the white side. thanks to any one with an idea.

blue/white smoke means your burning oil, I'd say you need new rings.
loss of power, check fuel pump and or ignition module
