im in need of help and asking for advice. I’m planning on changing the engine on my 2001 F 150
I don’t want the 5.4 v8 anymore. Was thinking with going with the new coyote engine. My buddy told me I can put a mustang GT engine in it. What engine does everyone recommend. Will the GT engine fit? Will the new f150 model engine fit? I don’t know much about changing engines and I have searched around the web for answers. I never get any actual details of what needs to change to fit the engines. Family and friends telling me to sell it and get a new one but the truck holds to much sentimental value and no one will give me enough for it. I want to change the engine and trophy truck it (street legal). The triton engine isn’t enough power haha. Any advice? I’m all ears. I’m a rookie to this
