just wondering if any1 can help me out, its coming close to christmas now and iam very busy with work, the water pump has gone on my car its chain driven not them stupid timing belts thank god but its getting time to fix it is another problem. so i said i would write in and see if anybody knows roughly how much it would cost a garage to fix or a private mech.
i know its not an easy fix but if any1 can help with tips or pricing that would be great.

ok so i done as far as loosening pullie bolts on water pump, 2 loosened and the other bolt hex sheered, now iam baffled what 2 do next....
help .

Can you get a vise grip on the rounded head? Guess that its froze/rusted? since the hex was rounded. Might try a die grinded and cut the head off. Hot wrench if you got one.
