Default 2006 F150 FX4 4x4 problem.

Today I jacked my truck up and put it in 4x4 hi
I noticed that the front drivers side tire started to spin (like the other three are) and then slows down and comes to a stop. It jolts like it wants to spin but does not. when I hit the gas is spins then comes to a stop again while the other 3 tires continue to spin at the same rate. Is that normal? Here is a link to the video I took also.

I replaced the actuator for the 4x4, replaced check valves, replaced both locking hub actuators. Any suggestions?
again it’s a 2006 F150 FX4 5.4

Remove the brake pads for that wheel and see if they are cracked from overheating

Thanks Scott I will have to check that. Do you think the caliper is not opening all the way causing the brake pads to ride on the rotor that’s why it’s not spinning like the others?

Yes, if the brake pad material is cracked then the brake is dragging.
It could be something else but this is easy to check.
Additionslly before you take the wheel off spin it by hand sand see how hard it is to spin and how long it spins for
