I bought a 2006 ford expedition with a aftermarket radio. With the aftermarket radio the dvd player won't work unless I put in a factory radio. I bought a factory navigation/cd player that came out of a 2005 expedition but wiring harness isn't the same. Do they sell a wiring harness adapter to go from in dash cd changer to navigation/cd player?
