Hi gents
kindly , Ford explorer 2011 APIM has been replaced ..our problem now is the rear climate control not coming on the screen...any body knows the reason and how to solve this...please help

Never seen this issue before.
Does the rest of the touch screen work? What happens when you hit the rear AC button? Does it respond to the touch or does it just act like a dead spot? Can you turn the rear AC on using the controls on the rear of the center console?
