Default 2011 Navigator 5.4 Cylinder 7 Misfire

2011 Navigator 5.4, 3 valve having replaced injectors, coils, plugs and intake manifold. On cylinder 7 replaced the coil 3x everytime is a temporary fix for about an hour then back to a dead miss. Have also ch aged the plug 3x they all looked good. Had shop check it out they said compression was 160 and that they didn't know what the issue was. I have used a noids light for both coil connector and injector connector both are blinking. Alternator looks good so does battery. No CEL or codes. Solid dead miss and my little scanner I have says 138 count misfire cylinder 7?!?!

Won't let me upload my video but I did a crank flood start test with wot and it sounded good for 5 sec then started kinda hitching little bit didn't sound like weak battery or nothing. Also, for the first 5 to 10 seconds when it fires up I can hear the miss in my exhaust then smooths out

Just checked compression again and fuel pressure when I hooked everything back up running good again for now... can feel a slight miss very feint could it be a short in a pigtail? If so how do i test it for that the noids light seems good
