Hi I have a 2014 Ford focus hatchback every now and then the boot fails to open manually or on the remote, I dont even hear the clicking of the lock, hence I'm assuming it's the lock. When I have crawled inside the boot and released it and removed the lock it will work for a while (weeks) before playing up again.
The number on my lock is 8M51-R442A66-DB. I cant seem to find a replacement lock with the same number, mainly the last 2 letters are different, does anyone know what the last 2 letters mean
