2016 f450 6.8 v10 3 valve surging under load, we have replaced fuel pump, oxygen sensors, throttle positioning sensor, accelerator pedal, intake manifold, fuel injectors, all vaccum lines, 10 coils. the only codes we get are a random misfire and air and fuel ratio imbalance on right bank. we have also had to rebuild the engine, we lost a rocker arm and camshaft on number two cylinder. ran great for about three days and right back to surging under load. would a throttle body cause the surging under load?
Fuel pressure is good, emission system is good. need some good advice.
