Default 2017 Escape SE issues

2017 escape SE with trans line leak, MAIN seal leak, bad bearing all at 48K. Is this normal and which of these is
most alarming? Thanks for the advice.

Trans line leak isnt that bad a job, trans fluid level is important, leaks are bad.
Rear main seal leak is a pain in the ***, not the worse thing in the world but the escapes leak enough that ford came out with special instructions to replace that seal.
Bad bearing, If your talking about a crank bearing then yes thats very bad, usually the vehicle ends up with at least a new shortblock.

All these things are covered under the powertrain warranty, go to your local dealer, thats why you bought a new car instead of a used car.
