Angry 2020 explorer sound under dash

I posted this a bit ago in the ford forum but do not recall what happened and it looks like my post is gone.

Brand new 2020 Explorer XLT had a transmission failure + full replacement ~2mon after we bought it

Shortly after getting it back we started noticing a subtle sound from under the drivers side dash. It happens MOSTLY @ ~60 mph but we have heard it once or twice @ 40 mph.

It is intermittent and we all know how warranties do not do a good job at handling intermittent issues. I am hoping someone here has heard it and can tell me how to make it worse so I can go in and get it fixed.

I have more sounds to post if you want them.

I have the exact same sound underneath my dash , the second month I own my 2020 Ford explore XLT. Took it to the dealership and they resolve the issue in the vehicle. The work order is in the glove box right now, and the vehicle is at the dealership with transmission problems. Will let you know when I get the vehicle back. Purchased January 2020.

Will not go beyond second gear; manually or in automatic mode. It will go into park and reverse.

Have you got your car back @Mitch5929 ? Have you had a chance to look at your receipts from previous issue that caused sound under dash yet?
