To help narrow this problem down some, I would suggest you remove a spark plug and see if is wet or dry..

If wet fuel is getting to the combustion chamber. ign problem. If dry, fuel supply problem. Depending on what you find will determine where we go next. Can you do that ?

The plugs have fuel on them and I went ahead and checked spark it's good.

We could have a spark timing problem.
Turn the engine over by hand in the normal direction of rotation. You can use the alt pulley to do this.
line up the timing mark on the crank pulley (TDC) with the pointer, then look to see if the rotor in the dist is pointing directly at the #1 spark plug terminal in the dist cap.
If not rotate the engine 1 more revolution and it should be there. If OK or not let us know..
