does the blower motor work at any speed?

power should be present from fuse 9 to the orange/brown wire. I suspect this fuse is powered in the run/accessory key setting. Do you have full battery voltage to the blower on this wire with key on?

if yes, jumper the orange/black wire to grd and tell me if the fan runs?

it does not work at any speed! and the fan is getting power! I had the key in the on position and checked my plug and I believe I was getting 14volts! am I going to disconnect the wire from the fuse box itself?! or what?!

the motor needs 2 things to work; power and grd. you have said that the power supply is present and you were instructed to give it grd. So unless you have done something wrong, the only remaining possibility is a bad blower motor.

how did you provide the grd?

and no. onLy thing you should be doing at the fuse box is checking for power.
then check for power at the blower connector ORANGEBROWN WIRE. if that is all good. supply grd for the blower on the ORANGE\BLACK WIRE NOT ORANGE BROWN
