tried to start car today after shopping. lights came on, power windows work, but car won't start. Tried to jump car, however, it won't turn over. Is it possible that this may be a starter problem? Any help would be appreciated.

No crank in neutral as well?

Any 'click' when trying to crank? Sometimes a 'thump' on the starter with a solid object can get it to crank if its on its way out.

 

It can't be any problem with battery. Could be engine problem.Check it out.
