Ford,,, too many GM mills residing under Ford tin..
For me,, I rarely give’m a second glance. Both would yield good power. GM, prob more plentiful, and conversion many, and I get the resto mod, but product/model loyalty to build is huge.. My 0.02

Definitely FORD all the way.

The “The Bearded Wonder” Aaron Kaufman has started a new company called Arclight Fabrication (https://www.arclightfab.com) making parts, selling merchandise and holding events. The company concentrates on his love of the 1957-1979 FORD F-Series. Give him a peek-see for doing your F100 right/justice.
