How does one replace cruise control switches on steering wheel? We have 2 cars with inoperable cruise control: 1995 Lincoln Mark VIII and 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis. Paid $450 to repair Mercury 5 years ago (replace switches in steering wheel), and now it's stopped working again.
