ford escape

just bought a 2008 escape xlt fwd 4 c with 77000 klm, love it so far,anyone else have one, or any comments

I have an issue with my 07 Ford escape xlt the code that came up was "p0453 evap emission control pressure sensor too high " how do I fix this changed the gas cap and still there ..Anyone
