2013 Ford Escape 2.0 L FWD SEL - My Ford Touch

Purchased a 2013 Ford Escape 2.0 L FWD SEL. The vehicle currently has just over 6,000 km. Recently I have been experiencing problems Sync/My Ford Touch (MFT). I have had to perform about 6 master resets on the car - the first two due to MFT not being able to recognize my iPhone 4. The next two resets - not being able to stream via blue-tooth and the last two resets - using navigation - the navigation works but there is no voice or turn by turn. Prior to these resets (one of which was performed by the dealer) the system was working/pairing/streaming fine and navigation was functioning properly. Now everything else works but no navigation. I have called Sync support - I have the latest updates. I have called the dealer and I have an appointment in the near future but they are likely to do a complete install of the Sync system (not a master reset). Hopefully that works. I have read that MFT has many problems. I really thought that they would have fixed it by now. When you pay for upgraded features, you expect things to work. Any advice on how to correct this problem?

Took my car to the dealer for oil change and tire rotation. Had them run a diagnostic on Sync - turns out that it came with an error code and are now recommending the module be replaced - chip set. They ordered it for me. Just waiting. Oddly enough, Ford Canada sent me a letter stating that they are extending the warranty on the MFT up to 5 years regardless of mileage. For now I am pleased. Hopefully the module corrects the problem.
