Default fuae block location

Have a 1999 motorhome with a Ford V10 engine. Have stop and turn signals but no tail or running lights. Book says two fuse boxes one located under the hood and one located under the steering column in the drivers compartment. Found the one under the hood but if the box I'm looking at in the drivers compartment is the fuse box (with 43 fuses in it) I would have to physically remove the the drivers seat to access it. Can't believe they would do that! Help! is it located else where?

Check on the left side of the dash to the left of the steering column and you should see a panel held in place by 4 what look like screws, but all you do is unscrew the screws 1/4 turn and the panel will drop off and the fuse block should come into view. Let me know if this was any help.
