Default hello forum, new member

I just wanted to say hello to all members. I am from south western PA and have a 2003 Escape. Has anyone had their dash lights and parking lights go out? The fuses appea rnot to be bad. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the site..

Make sure the fuse/s arent 'open', think their a 15 and 5amp.. There's also a park lamp relay in the central junction box that is the power feed for instrument illumination. Radio illumination ect. out as well? Again, the fuses must prove out. You can check for current at the relay connector as well. Check to see if the relay 'clicks' when the park lamps are turned on. I not check the 15 amp fuse, if it clicks and still no illumination check the 5amp again. It could also be a failing relay, or the GEM isnt controlling the relay ground to close the relay contacts..
