Hello from St. Louis. I have a very nice old ('98) Ford Taurus which has completely stumped my mechanic. So I am not the ONLY one who's helpless!! Sigh. I will post the problem in the Taurus section. Thank you for anyone who wants to look at it.

 

How do I use an avatar. When I go to the avatar setting, the "Do not use an avatar" is permanently selected. I can't turn it off.
