Default Hi from PA

Not sure how much i'll post
as I came here to ask if any one knows of a way to sell off old ford parts
ranging from Pistons alternators head bolts about a ton in weight
all from mid 1930's to 1940 's Or should I just scrap it

OK my Ford badge of pride

3 Aerostares
2 Windstars
1 Freestar
1 Econoline
1 ford station wagon
All fine autos

---------------
Best were my Mustang GT's
1985 GT with automatic was a disappointment as it was the de-tuned motor
and it had issues with computer But it was dependable

Next was my 1987 GT that I loved red-lined in forth gear many a time
my best car , I loved it Fast 27 MPG on hwy at 90 MPH !! what more could you ask for
and in it's day only the Grand national was king over it. But not after
80 MPH and if you got ahead of the GN you could hold it till 80 MPH and walk away
Yeah i'm still a ford guy .

Any tips on the 1930's to 1940 's as to who will buy it from me ?

Welcome to the forum! I would suggest eBay for the valuable stuff and scrapping for the not so valuable stuff. You could also check to see if Dennis Carpenter would be interested in any of those items, Dennis Carpenter Ford Car, F-100 Pickup Truck, 8N, 9N Tractor and Cushman Scooter Restoration Parts.

Welcome to the site...

Scrap,,, NO!

You could post the ads here in the Private/ For Sale threads, and eBay, Craigslist etc is usually a good selling source. Many collectors and enthusiasts look there (more so eBay) or are linked there during a part or product search on the net. Then there's always the older car/truck forums. Pictures are a 'huge' help moving parts, more so if no available part numbers. A lot of the vintage collectors can eye ball parts and their general applications. I'm selling off a few Pontiac exhaust pieces, was searching the net for general exhaust details, unrelated, and came across my own ad in a name search. Can't beat the net and networking for exposure!

Have a soft spot for Mustangs myself... ;-)
